Premium Floors is an advanced concrete flooring practice — laser-screed superflat, densified polished, epoxy-coated and steel-fibre reinforced systems delivered end-to-end, from mix design to hand-over.

We work with distribution centres, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics assembly, airport cargo terminals and industrial parks. Design, supply, casting, densification, coating and QC — one team, one accountability.

Densified polished, epoxy self-levelling, laser-screed FM-2, dry-shake hardener. Each specified against the room, the load and the tolerance.

Densified Polished Concrete
Silicate-densified, mechanically polished to a mirror finish. Dust-free, low-maintenance, and the most cost-efficient surface once you factor a twenty-year horizon.

Epoxy & Resin Systems
Self-levelling epoxy, PU screed, chemical-resistant topcoats. Specified for pharma, food, cold storage and any environment that has to be washed down daily.

Laser-Screed FM-2 Superflat
TR-34 4th Edition compliant slabs cast with laser-screed machinery, steel-fibre reinforced, engineered for high-bay MHE and narrow-aisle racking.
