The practice
Premium Floors specialises in advanced concrete flooring systems for warehouse, industrial, airport-cargo, pharmaceutical, electronics and cold-storage facilities. We take responsibility for the slab end-to-end: mix design, laser-screed casting, steel-fibre reinforcement, dry-shake hardener, mechanical densification, polishing and coating.
Every project is delivered by our own site engineers, cast with our own laser-screed machinery, and tested to TR-34 4th Edition (FM-2 / FM-3) tolerances before the building above it is signed off.

Philosophy
Every hour of downtime on a warehouse floor is measured in supply-chain minutes. We start from that premise. We engineer for the load, the tolerance and the operating lifetime — not the ribbon-cut.
