03 — Systems

The floor is a system.
We build every layer of it.

Mix design, casting, reinforcement, densification, polishing, coating — the complete catalogue of Premium Floors industrial concrete flooring systems.

Our Systems

Specified for the room, the load and the tolerance.

Every system Premium Floors supplies is a system we install ourselves — with our own laser-screed machinery, our own site engineers and our own tested materials.

The catalogue

Systems, materials and testing.

01
Laser-Screed Concrete Flooring
Large-area, high-flatness slabs cast with laser-screed machinery. Steel-fibre reinforced. The workhorse of every distribution, manufacturing and cargo facility we deliver.
02
Vacuum-Dewatered Floors
VDF process — excess water drawn out under vacuum immediately after screeding — for higher density, higher abrasion resistance and reduced surface shrinkage.
03
Concrete Polish & Densification
HTC-equipment mechanical polishing over silicate-densified substrate. Mirror finish. Dust-free. The most cost-efficient surface on a twenty-year horizon.
04
Concrete Roads (RCC)
Reinforced-cement-concrete roads and hardstands. Cast to loading spec, with joint systems engineered for the traffic profile — plant, container-yard, industrial.

What a floor becomes

Not a finish. The foundation of the whole operation.

Everything above the slab will change. Racking will be reconfigured. Automation will be swapped out. The tenant may move. A properly engineered slab is the one element that outlasts all of that — and gives every floor above it something dependable to stand on.
